The Mayoral brand took its first steps in Yunquera, an Andalusian town in a laboratory dedicated to the creation of socks that ended up closing due to the Civil War. Francisco Domínguez Toledo, owner of the factory, moved his business to Malaga and, in 1941, founded Dominguez Toledo, a company that owned one of the first hand knitting machines in Spain. With Rafael Dominguez de Gor, the company decided to change course and specialize in children's clothing. It was precisely in that period, in the mid-seventies, that Mayoral Moda Infantil was born.
The Mayoral brand has now become a children's clothing brand in more than 100 countries.
The very famous slogan "hacer amigos" is a fundamental part of the philosophy of the Spanish clothing company, whose goal is to create collections oriented to the needs of the little ones and inspired by the latest fashion trends on the market.
